The goal of Climber Premier is to introduce the active job seeker to hiring managers and recruiters who control the job market. It works two ways. The first is increasing the number of hiring managers and Recruiters who see the members profile and resume. The second is helping the Premier member stand out from the pack through preparation, personal branding, our proprietary software technologies.

Climber Premier is for people who are actively looking for a new job and want to get the most exposure possible or a professional who is open to receiving stronger job offers. How much does Climber Premier Cost?

Climber Premier charges a monthly service fee of $42.99 $39.99. Your service includes broadcasts of your resume and profile to recruiters who are hiring in your field now, profile search engine optimization, featured candidates listing on all climber.com properties and access to premium resources. Additionally, you will gain access to our Recruiter Directory of over 400,000 Recruiters and hiring managers as well as our Job Seeker CRM toolkit which makes you a better job seeker. You will have access to our California based Career Advocates who can assist you with our software solution as well as helping you to deploy job seeking strategy. Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes! We offer a full 100% money back guarantee If you cancel your paid account within the first 30 days and one of the simplest refund policies online simply cancel your Climber Premier in one of two ways; 1) Calling 800-374-0120 or 2) Sending an email to customerservice@climber.com within the first 30 days of service and request a refund. Refunds will be processed the same day or next business day.

You may also may send a cancel/refund request by fax to (619) 618-4195, attn: Client Services or by mail 701 B. St. STE #1255, San Diego, CA 92101. No other form of refund request is acceptable.

After 30 days all sales are final. Limit one 30-day risk-free trial per customer.

What happens if I cancel after 30 days?

Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. If you need to cancel you can do so in one of four ways;

  2. Sending an email to customerservice@climber.com requesting cancelation
  3. Canceling online
  4. Sending a fax to (619) 618-4195, attn: Client Services or by mail 701 B. St. STE #1255, San Diego, CA 92101.

What is the policy for refunds requested after 30 days?

If you or Climber.com cancel your account at any time after the first 30 days, Climber.com will discontinue charging your credit card for your monthly service fee or otherwise cease assessing charges under your direct billing arrangement, but will not refund any amounts for the current or previous months of service. In addition, Climber.com will not refund any amount of prepaid service. For example, if you purchased twelve (12) months of prepaid service and cancel your account after three (3) months, there will be no refund of any amount to you on your account. There is no grace period on service renewals. There are no prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations. After 30 days all sales are final.

We do recognize that sometimes mistakes are made, should you have a billing error please contact us at 1-800-374-0120. If a mistake has been made we will rectify it immediately!

What is Climber.com’s cancellation policy for recurring billing products?

The customer may cancel their recurring billing subscription product at any time for any reason. If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction may be refunded back to the customer per the Climber.com refund policy. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, and the Customer is in the first 30 days then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in an automatic cancellation.

I am not actively seeking a job now, can Climber Premier help me get recruited?

Climber Premier helps you build a personal brand and creates a way for recruiters to find you when they search in the major search engines through our search engine optimization technologies. Even if you are not actively looking, creating a personal brand helps establish you as a leader in your industry. Plus, employees who are recruited for a new job earn 15% more on average compared to those who applied for the job.

What is the process for creating a Career Fingerprint™ and Climber.com profile?

As a Climber you'll undertake our patented work values assessment process, which tracks your views on different aspects of yourself and your work life. Once completed this generates the Career Fingerprint™, which assigns your points across seven different key dimensions - Leadership, Environment, Compensation, Innovation, Social Factors, Prestige, and Social Values. Then, the Climber.com profile section asks a series of questions that help Climbers identity what they are most passionate about.

How does Climber.com match me with prospective companies?

This is the magic! Your Career Fingerprint™ and each target company's DNA are compared to find the best environments for you. Additionally your basic skill sets are evaluated against hundreds of thousands of companies to complete a match.

What is a company's DNA?

A company's DNA goes beyond the heartbeat of a company; it's what drives that heartbeat; the workplace values and vision that make up the core of an organization and motivate its best and most talented employees. At Climber.com, we have developed a methodology to identify a Company's DNA that allows us to ensure that our Climbers can make the perfect match with their prospective employers.

How soon will it be before I start receiving requests from employers to review my profile?

We believe in matching you with companies whose company DNA aligns well with your Career Fingerprint™. You may find that we already have the perfect job waiting for you! If not we'll keep looking and when we find the right opportunity, we'll contact you.

Can I search for jobs or do I just sit back and get recruited?

You can search jobs and invite companies to review your profile. So, if you are actively looking for a new job you can prompt recruiters to look into your profile, real-time.

I just want to look for jobs. Is this the right site for me?

There are plenty of job sites out there. What we do best is help you understand yourself and reveal what types of jobs/companies you will best fit. This entails completing a workplace values assessment process and answering some thought provoking questions. Climber.com is not a 'done and done' process - we're a career advancement tool that can help you throughout your working life. As you develop new interests and skills, your Climber.com profile will change as well, allowing companies to review the most up to date and relevant data about you at any time.

What about policy changes?

We reserve the right to modify our Refund Policy at our discretion, or against any customer we believe is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following the posting of the revised Refund Policy on the Climber.com websites.

You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Refund Policy, as a condition of using our services. Our refund policy is made available on our websites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
