Major Responsibilities
Operations support supervisor and network administrator
for an Ethernet PC/LAN/WiFi/WAN Windows Server 2003, NT40 and
XP-Professional environment. Lead a staff of 3 associates to support over 500
users with a mix of standard and proprietary inventory-management system
applications like ADI-Time, AIMS, WIL, TanData(SPSS), SAP R/3,
Business Objects (Data-Warehouse), JDE, DJIT and CRM supported by Microsoft
Office 2000 & 2003 Professional and several other business applications.
