Acted as the senior technical lead on the production floor. Interfaced with engineering and quality control to resolve production issues. I was directly responsible for proving and editing new test procedures, I also insured that all new products performed as specified. These supplies are used in the semiconductor component manufacturing process. Secondarily, I organized and inventoried all spare parts so they could be located in a timely manner. Oct 1984- Aug 1997 Caere Corp Los Gatos, CA Lead Customer Service Technician As the senior member of the Repair Department, I tested and repaired all Caere manufactured hardware products to component level. I provided technical support to Caere’s customer base over the telephone. Secondarily, I was responsible for the day to day operations of the department including inventory control, work assignments, priority setting, and trouble reporting.
