Implemented oil industry’s 1st proprietary universal commercial fleet card, selecting FleetCor, Com Data, and MasterCard. •Developed, negotiated, and launched BP/ARCO 1st-ever proprietary consumer decoupled debit card portfolio and loyalty offer with HSBC Cards and MasterCard by guiding RFP process. Delivered 100K+ new debit card accounts within one year, far exceeding target. •Expanded Seattle market year-over-year fuels volume by 3.3%+ versus industry standard of less than 2.7% and co-store sales by 7.9%+ in 1st-ever Seattle credit card acceptance and tiered pricing pilot. Led cross-functional team to create long-term payment strategy and business plan, resulting in deployment of senior executive-sanctioned $7.1M pilot project.
