Major Responsibilities
Responsible for determining the point of failure and the root-cause and reliability of battery boxes sent back to Transistor Devices from in process at EMC or failures that occurred in the field, following through with all corrective action necessary. Responsible for Field Service to EMC for replacement of high power connectors, and all other Customer Services related in the field.
