Highlights:

Built a 72,000 supermarket in 68 days from ground up in a Chicago winter. Have never missed and opening date for any major tenant in 30 years. Have taken numerous projects from other PMs that were behind and brought them in on schedule.

Being involved from the conception of a project; dealing with the architects and engineers to get the project from just a concept to a set of drawings; then interfacing with government agencies to get the project approved and permitted; doing in house cst estimating; sending plans out to subcontractors for bids; reviewing bids and negotiating contracts with prefered sub; settingup meeting with subs to value engineer project. Writing contracts to subs, making up schedule for project. Tracking budget and all extra work orders. Overseeing all field operation until project was complete. Was also responsible for project safety.
