Highlights:
1. My last position was with the County of Santa Cruz as a Programmer Analyst. When I started working there they had a lot of programming maintenance problems in the Audit department. After one year the maintenance calls stopped. This continued until I left three years later. During this time I implemented many of my own program changes and enhancements along with correcting the problems they previously had.
2. In 1999 I was part of a team doing Y2K changes. A team member was working on a very large and difficult system and was having problems making the deadline. My manager asked me to review the effort and tell how long it would take to complete. When he returned a few hours later I had it done. I had a lot more experience than my team mate.

I have been responsible for complete cycle maintenance and production support for batch and online processing. I have written programs in more than 10 different computer languages.
I've supervised and directed programmers of various skill levels. Developed user specifications, program design, coding, debugging, training and support where necessary.
I have functioned as a business analyst on major projects and system.
