Highlights:
Took a store from being a challanged store to being an excellent store for 4 quarters in a row. Many co-workers have noted that I work harder than anybody they have ever worked with regardless of age. One way that I helped my people be more willing to work more effectively with me was to share my yearly bonus with my workers. This made them realize that I was serious about the quality and quantity of work that they do for me. My narcotic inventory/accountablity has always been "spot-on". At one company I instituted a narcotic log sheet more than a year before the company decided to mandate it. Many of my customers think of me as their personal pharmacist who happens to also be a freind.Companies I like:
