Highlights:

Currently with Fluor assigned as Project Controls Manager leading a team of 6 people on over $1B worth of construction on an oil refinery upgrade. The extreme challenge on this assignment is essentially tracking 50 separate small projects because of the clients capital tracking requirements. At Motorola led rollout and detailed implementation of new Enterprise Project Management processes and Primavera tool for Scheduling, Time Tracking and Resource Management.
