* Facilitated the overseas resolution of an STM-1
level issue that intermittently affected the delivery
of telecom services to 1K+ customers by utilizing
Centest and TB310 test equipment in addition to
accessing required daxes using correct logins to
isolate the source of trouble.
* Played a key role in acquiring Bloomberg Financial
as a Verizon client and generating millions of
dollars in revenue after identifying and resolving a
network configuration issue that affected access to
their corporate site using Centest and TB310 test
sets.
* Consolidated the Verizon MCIT Room in Piscataway 6
months ahead of schedule by effectively working with
a telecommunications engineer in Texas throughout the
entire project lifecycle, which involved determining
whether circuits were still active and wired;
disconnecting functioning circuits and moving them to
a new path; and documenting all changes within
corporate databases.
* Coordinated all aspects of circuit installation
projects in Piscataway ITMC, which involved issuing
wiring orders to proper parties as well as
troubleshooting all issues incurred using various
test equipment.

new cables and patch panels in Verizon’s telephone
room and the Piscataway ITMC to reroute traffic off
other telecom carriers and into corporate facilities.
