Summary
My experiences in the aerospace industry have shown me that a valuable amount of process and "how to" knowledge is lost every time someone leaves a company (or group). As someone who thinks in terms of processes, I want to use my skills to help companies capture that knowledge and improve upon their existing processes. I am comfortable in a variety of roles, from discovery to documentation to support and training. My communication skills are excellent, and I particularly excel at technical editing. The ideal position for me would be one where I can use my unique combination of technical and people skills to identify and improve a company's processes.
