Highlights:

Received bonus/recognition for providing Exceptional Patient Care, for creating and maintaining a high level of staff satisfaction, for meeting or exceeding financial goals. Simultaneously managed multiple outpatient medical sites (Adolescent Medicine, Infectious Disease, Oral Cleft, Center for Child Protection, Lead Clinic, and prior to managing those clinics, I managed Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics, Pediatric Psychology, Intensive Feeding Program.) Wrote the proforma for an Intensive Feeding Program that was initially funded for $500,000. Managed a division that obtained 3 year renewal of a state grant (for the Center for Child Protection.) Previously, no other organization had ever obtained renewal of this grant. Coordinated all aspects of the physical move for the Adolescent Medicine Practice. We saw patients in our new location on the day of the move. All technology was installed and running properly within a few hours of the physical move. Recognized for creating a template for orientation of Physicians into the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. Recognized for outstanding financial management, and asked to teach other Practice Managers how to do the same. Recognized during our recent Joint Commission visit for the production of a comprehensive and easy to use Safety and Infection Control tool that was implemented in all Helen DeVos Children's Hospital outpatient physician clinics.
