Summary
I am skilled and qualified in quoting proposals which entails working with underwriters when there is an adverse issues. I am able to process a sold case from start to finish. Have managed all new sold cases when completed. These new cases then turned into inforce cases which I manage the renewal, options, retention and problems that might occur during the life time of these accounts. Provide support to my sales manager on inforce cases and main frame. Trouble shoot for any size group and have assisted in organizing Human Resources departments for the insurance companies. My involvement with HR helped to prevent employees from ending up without coverage or benefits.
