Most recently I've worked in an ASP /SAAS environment supporting a highly complex invoice management system and its suite of data products. For them, I handled client issues daily, performed data analysis to develop XSLT mapping which provided data synchronization between our product and client accounting systems. I was responsible for system backups on a monthly and quarterly basis as well as acting as liaison to our development team in communicating client issues. I also worked closely with our QA team to provide quality assurance testing of the product. I’ve worked with Microsoft SQL server and SQL report server as well as the full suite of Microsoft office products. Additionally, I am a DB2 DBA and AIX Systems Administrator. I’ve created user documentation, installation documentation and trouble shooting guides. Throughout my career, my work has required that I be available for travel. While at IBM I served on the development team responsible for the creation of Decision Edge, a data warehouse product for IBM. This product used DB2 as its database engine and served as an operational data store for SAP. This position required that I travel internationally and provide technical support to the sales team. In the past I’ve provided the technical expertise in very complex sales transactions where I was tasked with the delivery of both hardware and software solutions to Fortune 100 companies. I have excellent communication and presentation skills and over the years I have forged client relationships that still stand today.
