To find a job where my talents can be used to thier fullest and maybe teach some of the next generation's service techs a superior method and attitude to get the job done the right way the first time. I would also like to improve my management skills so that when I've trained someone to do my job I'll be ready to move up in the organisation. My goal is to make the fruits of my labors so valuable that my superiors would be raising my compensation level to $100,000/ year or more within 2 to 5 years just to keep me from accepting offers from other companies that see what I've been able to accomplish.
