Desk side support for 300+ users at the corporate office of plastics and packaging client. Responsible for the backups of the Novell servers and the Active Directory servers, administration of the VPN token process and trouble shooting the same, resolving any and all issues with the users on MS Office, Adobe, Windows XP and Windows 2000. Cloned PCs using Ghost program, transfer the users' data from old PC to new PC or stored the data to be placed back onto the original PC after repairs effected.
