Founder/Administrator of a 5 (Police)agency use of force training program. Created Physical training standards for police agencies and SWAT team. Authored and published manuals, policy & procedure on use of force and professional standards for State and Nationally ranked Law Enforcement Academies. Designed and Successfully Implemented a unique strategy for a National Training Sales Alliance; sub contracting 100+ Law Enforcement trainers as factory reps for L.E./Mil. sales in an unprecedented sales distribution model. Founder and COO of Kapso, LLC, a product development company. Current patent-pending project is a pepper spray decontamination system based upon scientific research at the University of Utah located in Salt Lake City. I Created the go to market Strategy and licensing agreements for the product which is on the market.
