Responsibilities
My first experience out of school was as an Art Director/ Custom Rug Designer for a small upscale artrug manufacturer in New York City. In addition to creating custom designs for private clients, I assisted with heading up a production team of about 20 artisans closely overseeing their progress.
Mastropiece has been my own business for years in which I carry out a variety of artisitic commissions for private clients from hand painted silk wedding dresses, to oil paintings, to custom house portraits. I cover every task from marketing and advertising, to consultation and production, to billing and customer relations.
As a Surgical Technologist, I assisted as right hand to the surgeon on small surgical teams for lengthy and/or multiple plastic surgery procedures. My responsibilities included picking instrumentation and equipment, setting up the room and surgical field, and breaking down and sterilizing instruments at the end of the procedures.
Recently I have been assisting with a gallery doing marketing of their framing and art restoration services as well as selling fine art. I have created an art leasing program to make art sales more palatable and I have created a relation base with architects and interior designers. Currently I am developing a marketing package for new home buyers that may benefit from our services.
