RssHVAC Mechanical Construction Foreman and I'm Lovin' It!

I am seeking a position with a reputable HVAC Mechanical Contractor who is need of a quality field foreman or superintendent who is willing to me put my administrative and people skills to work for his well being. Would also love position as entry level project manager for a mechanical contractor or for electronics,communications,networking contractor. I am beginning school part time again this fall. Goal is to complete B.S. in project management, business management. I have extensive electronic,computer technology background and 18 years in mechanical contracting (AC & Htg). A position with a building controls contractor with will lead to foreman's position, eventually promoting into project management.

Prepared material takeoffs for all DX system materials. Installed DX system refrigerant piping as well as all phases of RTU installation, computer room Liebert units, directed the assembly and construction of large air handling units, rooftop unit installations, install, test, align and startup loop pumps, VAVs, CAVs, VFDs, work on cooling tower construction, test and check all loop valves, sensors, modulators, dampers primary sensors and controls for startup. Ultimately responsible for commissioning of complex engineered HVAC systems. Performed service and warranty repair, performed and supervised punch list at job completion. Responsible through out the project for recognizing and correcting conflicts in design or construction including the identification of problems or potential problems and assisting appropriate parties in resolving design issues when they arose.
