My past positions at Kraft, besides my HR/OD role, also included: Business Development Manager for retail and military accounts, broker and DSD liaison, Military Sales Manager, Resource Manager responsible for business acumen and sales growth. Whew, the time flew by and yes, I did have a lot of jobs, lots of travel and kept a sense of fun and humor while moving around the company and the country. I believe it was because I was passionate about the importance of integrating and enhancing the values and the vision of the company to grow Kraft Food businesses and bottom line profits by enhancing employee skills and processes. I have always been recognized as giving my customers and my internal clients quality services, solutions and the expertise to grow their businesses.
