Summary
As Director of Global Call Center Operations for Philips Healthcare Informatics, my focus was driving customer satisfaction, delivering a world class customer experience utilizing Best Practice process, while leveraging and creating tools. Analyzing metrics and data sets, using Lean Sig Sigma methodology I was able to bring together four support centers internationally, and deliver a unified global customer experience.
