Highlights:
Retained by an investor as an administrator for a failing facility, Leisure Living, that had been on state moratorium and that was in danger of loss of operating license. Restructured the staff, improved the quality of life for patients, added new staff and activities, and reestablished working relationships with the overseeing state agency.
