Summary
I am looking for a job that will continue to challenge me and allows me to bring new ideas to the table. I served 14 years in the Air Force and I want to use my skills in a company that fosters team work. I have attended management and leadership courses which provided me the tools necessary to be a great leader. I am looking to work for a company that will allow me to be part of their team, and not just another employee.

Highlights:
I have been recognized by the Inspector General as outstanding performer for a headquarters level inspection. Only three people (including myself), out of four hundred and twenty people got this award. I have been recognized by my senior leadership for my ability to lead beyond my pay grade/rank. All my evalutation reports clearly state my leadership capabilites to be above the rest. Every year we get an evaluation report to cover the whole year. The ratings for these reports are a rating of 1 which is "fails to meet standard", to 5 which is "The exception to the rule, aboslutely Superior in all areas". For the last 14 years, I every one of my evaluation reports have been a rating of "5", and I hold strong to those values.Companies I like:
