Job Details
Highlights:
I have put in place ongoing training programs which addressed team building concerns, as well as individual contribution. In two of the organizations where I worked,after many years, the programs are still in place. Additionally, I was part of the original team of four individuals who instituted the hiring, selection, and deployment process for the Transportation Security Authority(TSA),a division of the United States Department of Transportation, which is still in place after seven years.
