Book	One minute manager meets the Monkey		This is a great book that helps me teach managers how to delegate effectively.
Book	How to win friends and influence people		This book, by Dale Carnegie, holds the secret in how to treat people right. Reading this book unlocked many of the obstacles I had when it came to influencing people and getting them to go the direction they needed to go for the good of the business.

Highlights:

With only three years of HR experience, I tested and passed the SPHR exam on the first try. I consistently reduced turnover and associate complaints and EEOC charges in all organizations I worked for. Developed a management training program in two of my positions.
