Major Responsibilities
Responsible for five employees for the full cycle of accounts payable (Navision), including month-end accruals, general ledger reconciliation and keeping the accounts payable aging up to date, Manage daily invoice processing and weekly/monthly A/P closing processes; maintain schedules to meet operational and reporting deadlines; monitor employee performance and address related issues. Ensure adequate controls are in place for the accounts payable processing. Handle and resolve vendor inquiries and invoice discrepancies; manage petty cash monthly and oversee the process of invoices for eighteen braches and process checks for twenty six.
