I am not your typical manager as I dont just dictate what my team needs to do, what targets need to achieved or how to engage customers. I actually get deeper involved with my direct reports and help with all aspects of their job. If a large RFP needs to go out I help write cover letter, define our offer and more. I am looking for a new position that will increase my overall income and at the same time provide to a potential employer the energy and drive that I bring on a daily basis.
