- Managed every aspect of Tele-seminar program including pricing, content, coordination with vendors and clients, promotion and sales strategy, and all administrative duties. The program which was introduced in March of 2007 has already generated over $100,000 in revenue.
Managed product development for several lines of company business including audio products. Responsible for introduction of DVD products, which have generated more than $20,000 since entering the market in 2006.
Partnered with creative team to develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns for company. Personally designed promotional announcements that increased sale of core audio product line by 50%.
Served as on-site manger for three national seminars each year. Managed all aspects of registration (more than 300 attendees), worked with corporate sponsors on logistics for exhibits, and oversaw sales of company products at each event.
Managed and trained both administrative assistants and in-house sales professionals (managed more than 10 employees over a 5-year period).
Edited all corporate communications to external audiences including newsletters, promotional materials and seminar presentation content. Served as technical editor for a new motivational/personal improvement book that is a major revenue source.
