Major Responsibilities
My responsibilities were to oversee all production ran on second shift was produced at the highest quality standard on a timely manner. I was also responsible for cost savings which included a lean manufacturing enviroment. Scrap and waste reduction. Performed quartely evaluations for all personel on second shift which included 2 cell supervisors, 4 lead operators, 6 automation technicians and 40 direct operators. Also classroom training of operators as well as hands on training.
