Major Responsibilities
Ran the project to upgrade the production output of the newspaper, this system is the backbone of the company and the upgrade went like clockwork. Upper management credited me with the smoothest upgrade in recent history.
Recent upgrade to a pagination system required 160 user PC's to be replaced in a two week period without impacting existing workflows. I was able to coordinate extra help from external departments train them on procedures to assist in deployment. In addition I facilited a procedure that altered our normal cloning system time from over 40 mintues per machine to less then 10. We were done ahead of schedule.
