As VP of Operations and Compliance at Financial Partners, Inc., beginning in 2003, I was responsible for recruiting over 12 Registered Representatives whose collective Gross Dealer Concessions in 2007 were in excess of $1,800,000. Assisted in developing the sales of the Equity Department at Foster Klima & Company from $600,000 of GDC in 1996 to over $2,000,000 for the year ending 2000.
