Daily Duties at Sbarro Italian Eateries:
? Manage restaurant to exceed budgeted sales and profit goals. Designated manager trainer for Central Ohio. Provide certification training for Franchise managers in the area. Assist Director of Operations with new store openings and provide peer support for other GM's in the region. Periodically operate 2 units until a new GM is assigned.
